Community Health
Promotes wellness in the community by offering annual health fairs, blood pressure clinics, community health screenings, offers onsite Flu vaccinations for area businesses, diabetes education, and manages our monthly Immunization Clinics.

Lifeline is equipment which ensure your safety in the home. It helps you to live independently and provides peace of mind for you and your family.
