  • Assist with bathing
  • Medication administration
  • Room cleaned more than 1 time per week
  • Assist to and from dining room & activities
  • Assist to bed
  • Assist with transfer on a short-term basis
  • Assist with dressing and incontinence care
  • Assist with insulin dosage & syringe preparation
