Health & Wellness Fair 

March 23rd, 24th, and 25th 
Cheyenne County Community Center
From 7-10am
 
There are three lab screen options*:
1.       General Chemistry ($30)
2.       Prostate Screen ($23)
3.       New--Hemogram Screen ($15)
Results are available at the 2010 Health and Wellness Fair
Saturday April 17th, Cheyenne County Community Center
 
* IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
·         Remember to fast for 12 hours
·         While fasting for Chemistry Screen, continue to drink lots of water
·         Diabetics should consult their medical provider
·         Please consult your provider for which test is best for you
