Plans, organizes, and conducts the occupational therapy program to facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically, or emotionally disabled persons, and those persons affected by the processes of aging.

Education: Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.   

Required licensure/certification: Must have and maintain a Nebraska Occupational Therapist Licensure.

The Pharmacy Technician is accountable for those technician functions and tasks performed for Pharmacy Services, which do not require extensive Pharmacy technical training, skills, or professional judgment; but which do require a degree of on-the-job training, as is described within the Pharmacy Technician Control Procedures and Guidelines. 
Some of the essential functions include:

Receive written orders from the nursing units and delivers drug orders throughout the facility. Maintain floor stock [Pyxis] supplies of Pharmaceuticals. Setting up, packaging, and labeling medication doses.

Required licensure/certification: Registered with the State of NE within 30 days of employment.

The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the Plan of Care.

Graduate of a two-year college level PTA program.

Provides direct hands on resident care with all activities of daily living.  Performs clerical, receptionist and communication duties in MHC- Extended Care under direction of nursing and medical staff. Participate in creating and following through with the specific care plan of each resident, {i.e. all Activities of Daily Living {ADL’s}, and post mortem care.  Observe and report any change in patient vital signs or status to nurse caring for patient or charge nurse. Serve and collect food trays, pass water and assist residents with feeding who require assistance.  Accurately record a resident’s intake and output.

Required licensure/certification: Provide a current and valid license as a Nurse Aide in the State of Nebraska.

The Nursing Assistant/Bath Aide plays an important role, providing basic care while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.

Required licensure/certification: Provide a current and valid license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the State of Nebraska.

Provides direct patient care duties in the hospital under direction of nursing and medical staff.

The Credentialing Specialist manages all current credentialing workload and organizes all credentialing files.  The Credentialing Specialist will transfer all active credentialing files to the automated credentialing software within CPSI. Must have a working knowledge of the national credentialing databases; have effective communication, phone and fax skills; have a working knowledge of computers; have a high school education, Associate degree preferred.
